Step 1: Provide the file

3D Renderings: Please provide relevant files, such as CAD files (floor plan, elevation, and ceiling plan) or hand-drawing, with reference pictures etc... Please indicate the required angles.

Step 2: Build the Model

We will create 3D Model (Sketchup) before our 3D rendering and adjust the materials/colors/angles etc... according to the client's enquired /provided information, set a viewing angle, and arrange the lighting.

Step 3: Confirm and plot

After both parties confirmed that the model and material, we will produce the final 3D rendering.

Charges of Rendering 

3D renderings are charged according to the complexity of the design.

The basic price starting from $700 per image, half price for second image in the same space.

For Example: 500sqft. living room, 2 renderings: $700 + $350 = $1050

Need to provide CAD drawing with sizes, and camera angle, height, design description + reference picture / hand-drawing perspective.

Additional discount of $200 if you already have a SKETCHUP file.

1. Start building the 3D model after deposit.  (↑Step 1)
2. After confirming the model, Settle the balance payment before rendering.  (↑Step 2)
3. Our 3D rendering will take around 1-3 working days, thank you for your patient.  (↑Step 3)

Balance: 30%

- 1 major change (It will be considered a major change as long as it involves in any size change)

- 2 final-tuning (eg: shift/color change)

If a fourth revision is required, the prices are as follows (regardless of size):

While building the 3d model:

• Since the 3d modeling is based on drawings, the charge of changing design starts from $500.  (Video start from $800)
• If we made the mistake, we would revise for free.  (Material/ cabinet shape…)

Changes after rendering:

• Start from $600 per image. (video start from $1000)
